Arrow Facilities Management Ltd is a leading provider of contractual cleaning and facilities management services for corporate offices, malls, hospitals, and institutions. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive sales, secure long-term cleaning contracts, and help us scale.

Your Key Responsibilities

Identify & Secure Corporate Clients
  • Hunt for long-term cleaning contracts (Ksh 1M+ annual deals)
  • Build relationships with facility managers, property developers, and corporate decision-makers
  • Attend industry networking events, expos, and meetings to generate new leads
Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and revenue
  • Respond to tenders, RFQs, and proposal requests for facility management services
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Market Positioning & Partnerships
  • Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position Arrow Facilities as the preferred service provider
    Partner with real estate firms, security companies, and corporate offices for referrals
Reporting & Targets
  • Achieve monthly contract targets with a structured sales pipeline
  • Provide weekly reports on sales performance and client acquisition

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or facility management sales
✅ Strong negotiation & deal-closing skills
✅ Existing network of corporate clients & facility managers (a plus)
✅ Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with sales targets
