Arrow  Cleaning Services Ltd is a fully integrated Facilities Management/cleaning company in Nairobi, Kenya that provides comprehensive, high quality, and reliable Facilities Management services to commercial, corporate, industrial, and residential clients. We are looking for dynamic, eager-to-learn, and hardworking individuals to join our team. This position is located in Wetlands Nairobi, Marketing division. Under the supervision of the General Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Increase sales of the business
• Help to plan sales campaigns and create a sales pipeline
• Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
• Generate leads, run email campaigns, and cold call prospective customers
• Meet with customers face to face, over the phone, or through emails.
• Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
• Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
• Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
• Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
• Draw up client contracts, proposals, and other sales materials.
• Have a good understanding of the business’s products or services and be able to advise others about them.
• Liaise with the finance team, Operations, and logistics departments as appropriate
• Maintaining the company’s all social media accounts
• Analyzing and tracking online marketing metrics

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned to them by the management from time to time.
